Position Description

The candidate will have the opportunity to lead both methodological as well as collaborative research projects in current large-scale population-based genetic, genomic, and epidemiologic studies of cancers. Broad scientific goals include, but are not limited to:

  1. Discovery of new molecular biomarkers of cancers through analyses of multi-omics.
  2. Modeling, and developing genetic risk-partitioning approaches.
  3. Integration of external functional annotation in genetic association studies and fine-mapping.
  4. Novel strategies for association analysis with rare variants.
